Is this the ignition switch? 200 1986

After looking over the engine the other day i noticed that i had a wire connected to the battery that had broken off so i replaced the connector. The engine turned over but i could still hear the starter going. This time the key did turn the engine off so i continued to look at the places mentioned before and i found the wire that had the bio-degradable insulation so i cut off the frayed part and attached new wire to the existing wire coming out of the sleeve which still retained it's insulation. This still did not fix the problem so i am forced to replace the ignition switch because it is the only thing left that would make sense. My question is how would i go about removing the ignition switch?
