Yep, looks almost as bad as the 244 turbo that I did this repair page about, same exact reason also.

Get yourself one of the POR-15 trunk resto' kits and you'll be solid as a rock again. It's pretty quick and easy but be sure to buy a box of rubber/nitrile gloves at the local Home Depot or you'll be wearing the POR-15 for about a week.
