Any engine / transmission swap can be done with enough time, effort, skills and money. If you are overflowing with all the above, go for it. But you probably will not notice a whole lot of difference between a NA B230 and a rebuilt B18 or B20 that is already in the car.

It will not be drop-in swap. For the amount of work involved my opinion is to rebuild your existing engine instead.
