Steve, everything I recall hearing left me with the impression Irv's car gets regular (routine?) maintenance at Volvo dealerships. The difference is, he doesn't get the brush-off or the NLA part shrug, I'm sure. Just my impression. I let my subscription to Rolling lapse with the price increase.

I wonder how regular maintenance is construed in rust prevention.
