B30 lubrication 140-160

I'm not sure why he would say this. The B30 oil pump is bigger and the oil pressure is
mostly limited by the relief valve (the strength of the spring). The bad wear point on
both B20 and B30 engines (and B18s as well) is the cam lobe/lifter interface.
The rods are adequately lubed and the cylinders get their lubrication from what is sprayed
and splashed by the rod bearings.
