Well, obviously an M41 and an BW35 is the same length from bellhousing to output flange. I came up with 29 inches for an M41/BH/OD. I measured it two ways and got the same answer.

Since the crossmember is different in the auto vs the manual cars, the motor mount is in a different spot. I assume you want the measurement from the BH to where the motor mount bracket is bolted to the transmission? The auto car is a parts car, and might take me a week or two to go back out where it's stored to get that measurement.
