Remove the whole assembly 700 1990

I don't think it's possible to remove the turbo unless it and the manifold are on the bench. There are torque to yield bolts retained with special locking plates that must be replaced when installing, and driving the lock plates down would be impossible with the manifold on the engine. You'll have to yank the assembly out.
