If you remove fuse 6 you reset the ECU and save your radio settings.
It sounds like the engine is running fine other than the check engine light so I would not suspect the AMM is bad. It may just be a signal problem from poor or dirty contacts in the connector. Clean the contacts in the connectors for the AMM and O2 sensor with electrical contact cleaner. Then take the connectors on and off a couple of times to insure good clean connection.
Reset the codes and drive it, the light may or may not return. The ECU will need to re-adapt to your engine so if it runs funny for the first few minutes or miles don't worry it should get better.
