to lube or not to lube 200 1989

I appreciate your reply. One thing Id like to know is why is it some people just say don’t lube without being able to qualify their advice? Why would one not lube? BTW-I chose the Bilstiens this time as last time many years ago I replaced the rears shocks with Boge. They never did feel quite right, so I am trying the Bilsteins.

At One time I used the wagon to carry a lot of weight many times in the back and had on the heavy duty Bilsteins which were great for the purpose. When that "purpose" ended the ride was too stiff without the weight, so that’s when I went back to "stock". The Boges now just seem to be “losing it” so that’s why im changing them again.

BTW what is this "rattling" you are talking about? Where does it come from and is there a preventative measure? Thanks again.
