fuel problem 200 1980

it's got to be the pump in the tank. the main pump relies heavily on it for supply. they weaken from starvation, so don't be suprised if the main pump needs to be replaced.

the accumulator's job is to hold pressure when the car is off. for hot starts only. has nothing to do with running, unless it's leaking while running. but then you'd see or smell that. good luck, chuck.
