Hi,

My check engine light normally illuminates on key position 2, as it should. Today, I removed the instrument cluster to do the temperature gauge bypass (didn't have to do it, prior owner already did it). However, now the check engine light does not illumiate. All the other lights do (oil, brake, battery, etc...).

Any ideas? Which wire in the back of the instrument cluster controls the check engine light?

Fuses look OK, and I did disconnect the negative battery before I began my project today.
