Two things -

Just read a good article in the newest issue of Rolling, the magazine of VCOA. It covered the development of the 850, with the point that the S/V 70 vehicles came off the 850 platform. With that in mind, and a tape measure in hand, you might find a fit.

BUT - both the 850 and the V/70 are AWD, not RWD vehicles. Therefore you will get better answers by posting your question in the AWD forum.
