To recap the final fix for this problem 200 1993

1. burned/corroded 60 amp pal fuse on positive batter cable.

2. cracked/disintegrated solenoid housing and starter with very worn brushings, which while still working, would have certainly caused a "stranded situation" according to my mechanic in the very near future.
