I found the cause of my problem. There was some wires under the fuse panel that had melted together. I took them apart, taped up the bare spots, and now everything is working as it should.

One question, does anybody know what the yellow wire with a white stripe is for? It is in with by the radio area, this is the wire that was melted. It went to fuse #5 and fuse #25.
