Crank Position Sensor vs. Cam Position Sensor 700 1987

Replacing the hall sensor is a major under taking. It is riveted to the base of distributor. If you have spark at the plugs, and your tach twitches when you attempt a start, your hall sensor is good. If in fact it is the sensor, most of the time it is the wiring to it, ie the plug, plastic breaks. I have had a fuel pump relay give me the same symptoms.
