The starter on Volvos since the B18's has an over-running clutch, not a Bendix drive, which I last saw on a Ford Flathead V-8. The rebuilt starter motor should have a new starter drive assembly, which includes the over-running clutch in it. It's a non-serviceable item. Nothing to grease.
