Dismembering the ignition switch 120-130 1967

Externally, there is nothing wrong. The 3 polls act accordingly when the key is in either of the 3 positions.

The only thing that bothers me is that the wire going to the new coil could have been grounding to the sheathing. Someone bent it enough so that when the insulation fell off it might have touched the metal. I cut an extra 2 inches of coil off to expose good wire and used copious amounts of electrical tape.
