I think you hit it. I jacked up the front this morning and sure enough both front wheels are dragging pretty bad. When I spin the tire pretty hard it went around about 1 1/2 times. I pulled the brakes and both hubs spin fine with no brakes.

The pads are new so I just ordered calipers and hoses. I hope that will let them release. I tried working them out and in a few times but that didn't seem to help.

I will post back and let you all know.
