Fan question in 93' 240

So i just got a 93 240 wagon. And I noticed that when turning the heat on to either blow on the floor or at the windshield, the fan on the drivers side doesn't seem to have much or any strength to it, while the passenger side blows robustly. All the vents on the dash blow normally as well. I am a bit puzzled why the drivers side wouldn't be working. Anyone have any leads or suggestions? thanks!
