I would say do all 3, if one is gone the others will go soon. And you will be back under the car AGAIN!! If you are going to get them locally, take the drive shaft with you (borrow a car!) so the partsperson may measure and make sure all 3 are the same size.
Or phone FCP Groton and let them tell you where to measure.
My son just redid his 93 245 and it went well. I have a horrible memory of not doing the replacement myself on my 86 745 and seeing the mechanic at the shop use an impact wrench to spin the clamp instead of using a vice. Needless to say, I needed to get another driveshaft, as the end resembled a pretzel afterwards.
