I've ordered twice from CVI; the most recent in November for two cone shaped race mirrors.
I paid with a South African CC and the quote was in US$.

Shipping took about 3 weeks to South Africa in both cases.
My only complaints are that I was unable to track the parcel through the given link and also that replies were curt. (Could be the language barrier??)

I would use them again, no doubt.
