Oil Cooler Sandwich Plate Seal/Gasket 700 1991

I have tried to locate a gasket to replace mine. No luck. The sandwich plate on my car (has the rear facing oil filter extension from block)has a FLAT, black gasket (hard) between the sandwich plate and the extension housing. this gasket has a crack in it that I permatex'd to make a temp fix last time I removed the sucker. I want to stop the leaking there, but have not been able to find this elusive FLAT gasket. Any help would be wonderful. Also, have leaking from the sandwich plate hose connections, what would be best to try to fix this problem... thread sealer???? Thanks.
