Peel back the boot on the connector and post back with the wire colors. There are no "extra" connectors of that type on your car, and certain of them, if inadvertently exchanged, will damage your ECU.
The ECT (Engine Coolant Temp) sensor below the 3rd runner is accessible with a 10" extension and deep 19mm socket, if you remove the AMM and throttle body plumbing. No need to pull the manifold, although getting a new gasket there is never a bad idea.
