The 122S/Amazon front springs are indeed identical to those in the 1800S. This is true for Amazon sedans and wagons, as long as you're talking front springs only.

140 series front springs, while they might physically fit in the space provided (and I don't know if this is true, I've never tried it), are significantly higher rates (stiffer) than the 1800/122 front springs.
