Hi,

Follow lucid's suggestion and check out the FAQ.

For a quick diagnosis on whether your's needs changed, get a flashlight, find the sensor (cable located at firewall with the actual sensor at the top of transmission bell housing) and check out the cable's insulation. If it's brittle and cracked exposing the inner wires, replace it with a Bougicord brand sensor.
