shudder/vibration when accelerating 700

I've had good luck, and many others also, with shimming the center bearing UP, towards the tunnel. In my case I went 11mm. Less did not do it.
There was a Volvo TSB about it.

Chuffsy's point is that, as load is added, the angle of the rear half of the driveshaft changes relative to the pinion, thus noise when loaded.
