which engine to rebuild 140-160

Hey guys,

I want to build an engine for my '74 142 and I have a few engines in stock to choose from, and I was hoping for some opinions on the best one to use as a base.
Engine 1 is a 1972 B20B
Engine 2 is the 1974 B20F that is in the car.
Engine 3 is a 1975 B20F from a 240.

They all have under 80k miles.

My plan is to build an engine with a modest 130-140 HP

Would one of the engines above be more suitable than the other? (regardless of possible internal condition, as I'll give it what it needs once inside)

Do any of the above engines already have hardened valve seats?

Is the 74 engine a 6 or an 8 bolt crankshaft?

Thanks guys!

Rob
