Hello,

Has any of the respondents ever used the plastic headlight buckets?

We bought a set of for a customers 544, which are the same ones used on 122s, after we found the original headlight buckets were badly rusted with extra holes.

But after we installed the plastic headlight buckets, we had trouble adjusting them correctly.

The part of the headlight bucket that houses the adjusters just bends instead of shifting the inner support shell like the all-metal headlight buckets.

The problem is the plastic is too soft to handle the springs that are used.

So we installed a pair of good used ones instead.
