volume of interior 120-130

Total interior volume is just a nice to have stat. More important is the color of the car and the ability to absorb heat. Back in the old days, 45K Btu was a close figure. It might sound high compared to a house, but the requirement to cool quickly dictates high Btu. Plus the normal air loss while driving.

Don't forget the drain for the evaporator, that can generate a cup of water pre minute on humid days. Any refrigerant lines inside the car must be wrapped with insulation to prevent condensation and drips. Like my Jeep that dripped on my wife's foot!!
