Fuse #7 is blowing.....arggghhh!!! Help!

Actually, the reason that I replaced the tail light was because I thought that it was the culprit of the short. The flexible "circuit board" looked like it had a bad spot in it. But I also replaced it because of the cracked lens.

The pin that is burnt is a red wire.
