There's a dead local 145 that I'm considering for a restoration project, and I can tell for certain it's been painted a new color, but can't figure out if the interior upholstery is original or not. I'm trying to decide where I'll go with the project (should I take it on) i.e., restore to original specs, or as it sits, or something entirely different.
