I'm certain it's vacuum advance. Also, the collar is very snug.

Say, you don't happen to have an extra B20-style crankcase nipple (restricted) do you? I know Shayne has a couple, but I don't have his # anymore. Sure like to do some trade if you do. I bought one from V&B, but not convinced it's original equipment, as the hole is a mm or more bigger than the one Shayne showed me a year or so ago. That's why I'm running the pcv... which rattles like crazy.
