1. The antenna motor should have a constant +12V, a ground connection, and a third control wire that goes to the antenna switch.
2. You need to connect the remote antenna out of your head unit to the wire that goes to the antenna switch. The antenna switch you found is simply in series between the head unit and the motor, so the +12V control voltage for the motor needs to be provided by the head unit. If you had a CR-814 radio I believe the antenna wire is pin 12 on the harness connector, but you may want to confirm this first with a wiring diagram.
