intermittent charging failure 240 200

Its definately related to the use of the headlights. Using the meter, watched the charge rate, and when i turned on headlights, dropped from 13.6 down to NO charge. I tried this several times, and it happens about 50% of the time, not every time.

Also, the dash light does not come on when the charge dissappears.
