I'm doing some head work on my B23, I've never had a head like this apart, and cannot figure out how to remove the valves- Is it demonstrated in the Bentley book? Also- I test fitted a new cam- I've never installed an overhead type cam- obviously the lobes are fighting me- so I just get it it place and crank the bolts down or should I use something to compress the cam/valves to relieve pressure from the bots?
