I pressurized the turbo plumbing and the only leak I got was a slight leak at one of the hoses on the IAC. Reinstalled and retested and the leak was gone.

The car performs the same. I have since swapped out the radio suppression relay which also made no change.

Could a bad knock sensor cause this? It really feels like the timing is off or that there isn't enough fuel getting to the injectors.
