O2 sensor test 200 1989

Hey, I think you did a great job with the analysis. My impressions are you are OK with mixture at idle, and the problem comes up at load. I'm almost certain you'll agree with me you wish you had a real Bosch AMM, known to be good, to swap in there. In my opinion, there's no other way to know, without some pretty sophisticated equipment.

The O2 sensor could be trouble if it is offset because externally contaminated. I once had a sensor that got soaked by a transmission rear seal leak. I saw it go negative. I use a scope. It does need a reference of clean air.
