Finally getting back to my disc brake project. I have the mounts made up out of 1 inch thick aluminum. Mounting holes are drilled to mount them to the spindle and the spindle holes are cut out. Just need to have the relief cut to each mount for grease seal clearance and the Volvo 240 caliper mounting holes drilled and tapped. The Range rover rotors are mated to the 122 hubs and fit great.
I will post pictures to my photobucket album when done.
