Reverse Lights NOT Working... 200 1992

So I checked all my lights two days ago and they all worked fine. Today I checked them out again because I put a light tint over the tail lights and the reverse lights arent working at all. I have been having problems with water in the tail lights because of me being in the rainy state. anyway back to the reverse lights, I jiggled the shifter and nothing happened, I checked all the fuses and they are all fine. I dont know what to do next. I was looking around and in the process i got confused lol.

What should I do/check?
