Already did a back-and-forth with the seller. It sounds like one of the classic 4 stalls-won't-restart issues: CPS, Fuel Pump Relay, Power Stage or fuses. Could be a timing belt of course.

I REALLY do not want another sedan but if it is really this cheap and I can get it started in the driveway, I do not know how I could say no...assuming condition match the one picture.
