Volvo 240 caliper mounts for the 122 120-130

I'd think a test fit would be best and easiest... pretty tricky to measure.

That said, stock 122 rims are, of course, 15". But the diameter isn't the problem. It's the inside of slotted face that causes problems...

They would be the same as late 544 slotted wheels. Clearance might be different on the solid wheels. I think the only 544 with slotted wheels would be a '65 (or later in non-US markets).

Furthermore, it's possible that 140 wheels look the same, but are shaped differently. All I know is I bolted a set on a 240 just to be able to move it the car, and bolting them tight clamped them quite firmly against the caliper up front. I was still able to move the car, so it's probably a pretty slight clearance issue that could maybe be taken care of with a grinder to the caliper...

again, test fit is best. And from the looks of your setup, I expect it could be tested on the bench.

Nice work, by the way. Personally, I'm happy with 122 brakes as they are. But I'm sure for more extreme conditions, your solution is good. I'd feel better with steel than aluminum.. that's a me issue I expect.
