Block heaters: any issues with Aftermarket?

WOW! what are the odds???? it looks like it is the same part number! IF it came out of a Post '85 230 engine

I had to do some Dancing to figure it out. If I look at a HOTSTART website it says the same Heater fits a Perkins 404C22 ( my Engine) and a Perkins 103.15. But they don't list a 2.3 Volvo. BUT if you go to a KATS Block heater .. They list a Volve 2.3 as # 10401 and the same nunmber for a Perkins Diesel 103.15. So if do the math, the block heater for the volvo is a direct fit for teh Perkins 103.15 and that number should also be teh correct Heater for teh Perkins 404C22

Kats # 10401

The one you have works? and has a Line cord for 120V? 'O' ring looks good?
Got a picture? It's going in a brand new tractor.. I'd hate to put in a troublesome part
