Google "GF Performance Chip" and check out the complaints. You may find a few (gullible) users who think it makes their vehicle faster, but that's called the Placebo effect - they want so badly for it to be true. It's not.

Experienced car people know this thing is rubbish and the only surprise is that the gov't's consumer affairs people haven't squashed the maker/advertiser yet.
