The answer is YES if you can spread the clip open a bit and then take the broken section of wire out you can clamp it to the clean section and use it.. Some Ignition Wires have the center wire (fiber) that you need to get to and bend over the insulation so the Clip touches it as you squeeze it back onto the wire. Others have a Pin in the center of the clip that pushes down into the center of the wire.
