Intermittent power window problem 200 1990

After removing the door panel, looking around, and lubing everything up, I am beginning to think I have some bad motors. The power is there, but motor seems to struggle at times to get started. Once it's started it moves well. Classic symptom of an old worn motor. I think as a next step up will get an extra motor and give it a try.
