I gave plenty of time between attempts to contact him allowing for life events and such, I was very patient with him up until 3 years passed.
After working customer service for many years I know that being civil is the key to success dealing with everyone. The issue that John has is he tends to not deliver for people who have a limited means of showing up at his doorstep.
If people want to buy his stuff only pay if he will ship immediately and if he fails to deliver, never wait to file a claim with pay pal/credit card company until the time limit is up like I did.
