I have used the rebuilts from FCP, no issues on both rears of the 940 and front on the 850. Rebuilding yourself is quite a pain, chances of pinching seal on reinstall of piston (assuming piston is good or bore is good, not that likely) is good. My vote, for what it's worth, is get a rebuilt (my preference is to avoid chain auto stores, YMMV). Good luck.
