Passenger Side Engine Mount Tip 700 1985

While awaiting some parts for head gasket job notice mount was bad. Followed the FAQs for removal/reinstall. Once I set the mount bracket back on the frame and tighten it down. As I started to lower the motor noticed the hole and bolt were too far off to line up. Since I had no helper. Decided to remove the mount bracket nuts. I then slipped the mount to the engine bracket and started mount nut a few turns. This allows the mount and bracket to pivot. I would slowly lower the engine, stop, check alignment and continue. I was able to move the mount bracket till it aligned with the frame bolts. Lowered the mount bracket till it was seated on the frame and tightened the nuts. Then continued to lower the engine till the engine bracket seated fully on the top of the mount.(had to wiggle the motor alittle to get the alignment pin to seat) Tightened the last nut and done. (note: head was pulled so therefore no damage to distributor issue when jacking up the engine..ie ask me how I know this)
