Okay, nobody has chimed in, I ordered the hubs and they just arrived. They look just like the picture, including the reluctor ring for ABS, which I don't need because I don't have ABS (but I made sure I was ordering the right parts, non-ABS).

I checked the hubs in the new rotors I have and everything fits, so it probably doesn't matter if the reluctor rings are there or not and I guess I could bust them off if I had to. Any ideas?
The picture also shows two spindle nuts, one plain and one black. At first I wondered if there's a left and right hand thread. However, the hubs that came each had one nut included, one black and one plain, and they're both RH thread.
Another curiosity, it looks like the brand and part number of the actual bearings have been buffed off. The brand of the hub assemblies is OPTIMAL, looks like a German company, but nowhere on the packaging does it say where they're made (but I can take a guess). I even checked the manufacturer's catalogue and I do have the right hubs for an '83-'92 non-ABS 740.
