plan of attack update 200

hanks Phil, (and others)

I am/was definitely blinded by the gleem of happiness... I am a rookie mechanic, so having the intake manifold open etc. and putting it all back together was good!

I didn't test the IAC, but high revs after putting the car in park has happened for awhile. I have cleaned the IAC before with limited success. It seems to come back sporadically.

I will check the throttle things (plate stop screw, cable, and switch)you mentioned today to see if any of those might be causing the high idle.

I will also clean the crank position sensor. Mine gets oily, and when I've cleaned it in the past, I've seen an improvement.

I might also through in the new IAC I have and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks again for the suggestions...

Bricker
